Meth Dealer Sent to Prison - San Diego 6: "Richard Samuel Perez Jr., also known as 'Dickey,' was convicted of distributing methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Perez is an associate of the Iron Horsemen, Hells Angels and Mongols outlaw motorcycle gangs, and has spent nearly 16 of the last 23 years in custody on federal drug charges.
Perez, 53, was part of a Drug Enforcement Administration wiretap investigation based on his earlier drug trafficking, according to court documents."
