Man faces court over bikie murder plot - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation): "Charles Moa, 28, faced Parramatta Bail Court via video link on three charges, including possessing an unregistered fire arm and being involved in the Comancheros bikie gang.
He is accused of conspiring to murder Peter Zervas, who was shot eight times in his car in Lakemba, just a week after his brother was bashed to death at Sydney airport.
Moa did not enter a plea and will remain in custody ahead of his next court appearance in a fortnight."
