Interpol initiative targets Quebec fugitive: "International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has launched an initiative to find and arrest serious long-term international fugitives, including Canadian David MacDonal Carrol.
Operation Infra-Red 2010 is targeting 450 fugitives in 29 countries, who have fled their national jurisdiction.
Carrol, 58, is a member of the Hells Angels Quebec Nomads Chapter, according to his Interpol profile. He is wanted for murder, conspiracy to murder, drug trafficking and attempted murder.
He is alleged to have been involved in the murder of 13 people and the attempted murder of two others."
