Ex-Mountie gets four years for trafficking | Canada | News | Toronto Sun

Ex-Mountie gets four years for trafficking | Canada | News | Toronto Sun: "Wayne Edward Shuttleworth, 40, pleaded guilty Friday to one count each of trafficking in a firearm and participating in a criminal organization.
Shuttleworth was one of 31 people arrested last December as part of a year-long investigation dubbed Project Divide. Nearly all of those arrested were members or associates of the Zig-Zag Crew street gang, the so-called “puppet club” of the Manitoba Hells Angels.
As in similar stings police enlisted the aid of a paid criminal agent, in this case Zig-Zagger Michael Satsatin, to ensnare criminal targets.
At the time of his arrest Shuttleworth was a full-patch member of the Zig-Zag Crew. Court heard he sold Satsatin a sawed-off semi-automatic rifle and had made arrangements for the sale of another firearm prior to his arrest."

He was shot by Outlaws who were angry that a rival festival had been held in Warwickshire, an area they considered to be their turf.
After the shooting the killers were in contact with the Outlaws hierarchy within minutes.

The Hells Angels love triangle

Gangsters Out Blog: The Hells Angels love triangle: "Dustin LaFortune torture case has reopened the Danny Tokarchuk murder trial. Although that case was complicated and had contradictory accusations one underlining thread emerges. The Zig Zag crew sold drugs for the Hells Angels and was involved in several murders fighting over the drugs they sold. That pattern continues in British Columbia.

Danny Tokarchuk was accused of killing Trevor Savoie. He claimed it was in self defense. They both were drug dealers affiliated with the Zig Zag crew in Winnipeg which is a puppet club of the Hells Angels. Tokarchuk claimed he started using the product and owed money to Savoie and thereby feared for his life.

The court was told Savoie 'certainly had some dangerous and physical friends. You've heard about (Ian) Grant, (Sean) Wolfe, (Dale) Donovan and (Darren) Hunter.'

Kevin made a videotaped statement to police shortly after Savoie's murder. On it, he said Savoie contacted him multiple times asking about the whereabouts of Daniel, who had escaped to Toronto shortly before the murder. Savoie was trying to claim his debt.

Morrison noted that Donovan had a memorial tattooed on his arm that included Savoie's face and date of death. Jurors were shown pictures of Donovan, the tattoo and several other bikers including Grant, Wolfe and Hunter.

Kevin Tokarchuk, Daniel's brother, was shot dead exactly one year after Savoie's killing in a suspected case of gang retribution. No arrests have been made."

All 'Hells' Breaking Loose for Mickey Rourke

All 'Hells' Breaking Loose for Mickey Rourke: "Rourke would play Sonny Barger, the founder of the infamous Oakland Hell's Angels and the man responsible for turning the Angels into a national organization. The film -- set up at Fox 2000, which bought the rights to Barger's memoir -- would be a motorcycle version of 'Point Break,' with a young cop infiltrating the Angels to investigate criminal activities, according to Deadline Hollywood. The report also went on to say that Scott had met with Shia LaBeouf about the cop role.

We sure can see Rourke playing a Hells Angel, what with his beat up mug, bulky body and world-weary attitude. What do you think?"

Welebir was sentenced Wednesday in federal court in Harrisonburg.
Prosecutors say members of the local Pagan club were upset because the restaurant had hosted a bike show sponsored by another club that had ties to the Hells Angels. The 57-year Welebir torched the restaurant to impress the local Pagan club.
Welebir isn't a member of the Pagan club or any other motorcycle group."

Friends ride in salute to biker ‘hero’ - Hells Angels mourn death of John 'Charger' Surridge | Camden New Journal: "HE was one of the first British members of notorious motorcycle club the Hell’s Angels, and a well known face around Kentish Town.
But now friends and family are mourning the loss of John “Charger” Surridge, who died in a bike accident aged 59 at the end of March.
Charger, who lived in Lady Somerset Road, Kentish Town, was killed in a collision on the A1.
Police say he was travelling north through Cambridgeshire to go to a party with two other club members when the accident took place.
On Saturday, hundreds of bikers rode through central London to his funeral service in honour of their hero.
Charger had joined the merchant navy as a young man and went around the world. He recounted to friends that the ship he was on was so big, they would use bicycles to get from one end to the other. Other work included a spell in a magnet factory and then in a warehouse as a packer.
When he returned to dry land, he was one of the first people to join the London branch of the Hell’s Angels in their early days, and before his death he had been a member for nearly four decades."

Canadian Hells Angels offered deals

Canadian Hells Angels offered deals: "Canadian prosecutors say they are ready to go easy on Hells Angels members and associates caught in a drug sting operation if they are willing to plead guilty.

Winnipeg Free Press reported Wednesday the cases of five of the 31 bikers arrested in last December's 'Project Divide' have been resolved and prosecutors says it's time for the rest to fish or cut bait.

'The Crown, at this early juncture, is prepared to recommend lenient sentences for those willing to plead guilty,' federal prosecutor Chris Mainella told the court in Winnipeg Tuesday when one defendant was given three years in prison and another four years. 'But at some point, just like the children's game, the music will stop and people are going to be left standing.'"

Mickey Rourke In Talks For Double Feature With Tony Scott As They Rev ‘Hell’s Angels’ – Deadline.com

Mickey Rourke In Talks For Double Feature With Tony Scott As They Rev ‘Hell’s Angels’ – Deadline.com: "Hell's Angels, with Rourke playing Sonny Barger, the tough guy who formed an Oakland chapter and helped transform the Angels into a national organization. Barger sold rights to his memoir to Fox 2000 a decade ago.
Scott has been tinkering under the hood for more than a decade, but Hell's Angels is revving again at Fox 2000. The studio has brought A-list screenwriter Scott Frank in to do a significant rewrite of a drama that is being framed as a Donnie Brasco-style drama. It would be a two-hander with a younger actor playing a cop who attempts to infiltrate the club to investigate alleged criminal activities. I'm told that Scott has met with Shia LaBeouf. No deals have yet been made, but clearly there is renewed heat."

Firearms Act made every firearms owner a criminal - Belleville Intelligencer - Ontario, CA

Firearms Act made every firearms owner a criminal - Belleville Intelligencer - Ontario, CA: "Moms Boucher of the Hells Angels successfully registered a submachine gun. So much for the law enforcement utility.
Also when the home of a Hells Angel was raided, pages of the registry were found in his possession. A shopping list for criminals. That was a brilliant idea.
The Firearms Act made every firearms owner a criminal in need of supervision. This is a fact that seems to be missed by even my fellow firearms owners. In fact any requirement to licence is the same.
Canada is a Common Law jurisdiction. Firearms are lawful in Canada; licensing is begging permission to have what is lawful."

2/2 Hells Angels Maurice Mom Boucher | Quebec Blog Official Site

2/2 Hells Angels Maurice Mom Boucher | Quebec Blog Official Site: "Maurice “Mom” Boucher (born June 21, 1953) is a high-ranking Hells Angels member and a Canadian convicted criminal. Boucher is married and has a son, Francis, who was a member of the Rockers MC, a Hells Angels puppet gang in montreal. During the intense war between the Hells Angels and the Rock Machine, he ordered the murders of quebec correctional officers Diane Lavigne and Pierre Rondeau. Both officers had been chosen at random. Besides the blow to the judicial system in Quebec, Boucher wanted crimes committed by bikers that would be so serious that prosecutors wouldn’t want to make deals to turn bikers into informants. Boucher was convicted for those murders (on the second attempt) with the help of a police informer in May 2002. The key witness for the prosecution was Stephane Gagne, nicknamed Godasse, who was involved in both murders. He testified he was ordered to carry out the killings by Boucher lieutenants Andre (Toots) Tousignant and Paul (Fon Fon) Fontaine and was later congratulated by Boucher himself. After 11 days of deliberation by the jury, Boucher was found guilty of attempted murder and two counts of first-degree murder. Boucher received an automatic life sentence, with no possibility of parole for at least 25 years. Boucher has gained notoriety in Quebec similar to mafia figures like Frank Cotroni during the 1970s. He is currently detained in the only Canadian Super-Maximum security penitentiary located in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, north of Montreal."
